Good to Know Before Purchasing Simply Spa Voucher
VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Vouchers are on an allocation basis valid Monday to Thursday only and vouchers cannot be upgraded for weekend use.
- Reservations must take place between 1st July 2026 and 30th December 2026. After this date the voucher will have expired.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers cannot be extended.
- You may not get your chosen date due to the popularity of the 241 voucher and to be flexible with your dates. If you have a specific date, please do not buy this voucher and call to speak to a member of the reservations team who can advise packages for your specific date. No refunds will be offered for 241 voucher for not being able to secure your specific date.
- By making a reservation with your voucher, you confirm that you are able to attend on the selected date. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel and/or event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided for non-attendance.
- Blackout dates: 24th December 2026
- Failure to attend, including bookings where vouchers have been used as payment, will result in full forfeiture of the booking.
- If you are gifting the voucher, please ensure the recipient understands the above.

- Kindly be aware of Royal Mail First Class post may take up to 3 days or longer to certain post codes.
